About this release
Manifest 4.0 introduces Orgs, a new data paradigm for separating and controlling access to Manifest content that provides efficiency and flexibility to customers managing larger numbers of users, procedures, equipment, teams or regulations. Below you will find all the latest updates introduced with Manifest 4.0 – now available in the Apple App Store.

Support notes
Important! Clients with On-premise configurations must be running Docker version 4.0 or higher before updating their application to ensure compatibility.
Docker 4.0 is estimated to be available by mid November.
Overview of what’s new
Separate and control access to Manifest content in your domain using Orgs:
- Organize your content and data by function, location, teams, skill level, equipment and other organizational attributes
- Partition content for privacy and security reasons
- Control employee access to content and data
- Simplify and filter views and dashboards
- Focus your users on only what matters to them
Additional updates and enhancements:
- Redesigned Connect window now provides the ability to view just Chats, all Contacts, or Favorite Contacts – making it easier to quickly initiate or return to a Chat
- Redesigned the Add Work user flow to expand the space and information displayed for Job Template, Assets and Users making it easier for users to review these details when creating a Job or Task
- Add prompt to Align to Alignment Tag during Preview Mode
- Added the ability to favorite Asset Classes and Assets
- Added the ability to edit Steps from Manage Steps (users can still use the swipe to edit as well)
- Redesigned the Sub-Job Note details to highlight the Job Template name more prominently, along with the assigned Asset Details if available
- Locations have been removed as a main window option. Location data has been moved to Assets and is now optional
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where Step Note order was not respected in Preview Mode
- Fixed a few bugs related to the Job Timer causing it to display inaccurate times or break when the app was put in the background

- Added an icon on completed Job cards to indicate if Job Evidence was added
- Added an icon on Job cards to indicate the availability of a new Template version and repositioned the Fault icon for improved clarity
- Fixed various bugs related to AR Notes in a Job
- Fixed a bug where the Fault was not updating between 2D and AR modes
- Fixed a bug where the Job Timer did not retain the elapsed time value if a Job was Unassigned before any Steps were completed
- Fixed a bug where a user was navigated to the Job board after updating a Job to use a new Template version
- Improved the handling of removing users from the Manifest, deactivating users, and removing users from Orgs
- Fixed a bug where Videos and Photos were not sent successfully in a Connect Chat
- Various additional bug fixes and improvements
