In preparation for a version 2.2 release we pushed items to Production. In doing so, we identified a bug where a user is not able to create a Job in the web portal or on the iOS version of Manifest. We are actively working on correcting this behavior but in the meantime, if you need to create job please do so on the 3D device. Thank you for your understanding.

Update: This should be resolved as of 20 Oct 2020. Please be aware that this was also impacting the 3D application in loading templates and creating jobs.
