Below you will find all the latest updates introduced with Manifest 3.1 – now available in the Microsoft Store. Manifest 3.1 introduces some major improvements for adding and viewing Notes in Manifest, along with other usability improvements and bug fixes.

Support notes
Important! Clients with On-premise configurations must be running Docker version 3.0 or higher before updating their application to ensure compatibility.
Docker 3.1 is estimated to be available by mid-August 2024.
Overview of what’s new
Redesign & Refactor Improvements when adding Step Notes, Evidence, and Fault Notes:
- Ungrouping of Notes: Across all Manifest platforms, we’ve updated Notes so they are no longer grouped by Note Type and can be reordered as desired – giving Authors more control over the sequence that Notes should be displayed on a Step and reviewed by the user.
- Notes are also no longer grouped by Note Type on Faults and Evidence and will show up in the order which they were added.
- Step Notes can be re-ordered during the Authoring of a Step.
- When a Note is selected, it will be highlighted on the Step Marker so it’s clear which Note is being viewed.
- If a Note is set to Autoplay, a green play icon will show over the Note icon. A user will also be informed why the “Done” button is disabled.
- Additional design updates to standardize the UI for adding Step Notes, Evidence, and Fault Notes, improve usability, and reduce the number of clicks.
Improvements with Voice Commands & window management:

- If the Voice Command “Gather all windows” is triggered, the dock will be brought back to the default position with all windows docked.
Additional Improvements & bug fixes:
- Operators are now able to change the priority of a Job or Task.
- Manifest Connect contacts have a new “Busy” status which will display as red if the user is on a Manifest Connect call.
- Various issues with syncing Offline Work have been addressed.
